Pre-Production

  • We meet and identify your objectives (specific needs, brand qualities, and boundaries), target audience, key messaging, and desired outcomes/distribution channels for the video.

    Key Messaging: Includes the main story components (the meaning, the challenge, and the dream) and the company’s mission, vision and core values.

  • Brainstorm concepts, and create a script and/or storyboard that outlines the visual and narrative structure and emotional mood of the video.

  • Here we write up a script or outline that effectively communicates your message within 60 seconds with the minimum amount of unnecessary context. We choose whether this script is conveyed via on-location interviews and/or with a voice over (sometimes a hybrid is necessary). The script will include the key messaging.

  • Create a visual style and design elements that align with your brand messaging.

Production

  • Depending on your specific needs, we test and select voice over actors and/or select key talent (ex: CEO, Founder, and other C-Suite members) to be interviewed.

  • Identify the appropriate locations for filming (as needed).

  • Capture the necessary footage based on the approved concept and script, and conduct and record interviews that convey the key messaging.

  • Record any other additional voice-over narration, dialogue, or sound effects (as needed).

Post-Production

  • This stage includes 2 rounds of revision (3 edits total) and includes the following:

    Picture Editing

    Dialogue Editing

    SFX Sourcing/Editing

    Music Curation/Editing

    Stock Footage Sourcing (as needed)

    Motion Graphics and Visual Effects (as needed)

    Animation (as needed)

    Color Grading

    Titles and Typography

    Format/Platform Specific Exports
